rug drop off points where you can take
your rug to your local carpet and rug
retailer at your own convenience who
will arrange the specialist cleaning
for you.
Your local agent will be able to
accept your rug and organise the
safe cleaning of your rug ready for
your collection approximately 1-2
weeks later. Suffolk Rug Care will

arrange collection and delivery from
the agent by a qualifi ed technician
to their workshop where a tailored
cleaning process will be carried out.
On arrival, your rug will be inspected
and tested to identify the type of
cleaning techniques that are required
to bring back your rugs natural beauty.
We utilise machine and hand cleaning
techniques depending on the rugs
construction and strength completely
tailored to the rugs specifi c needs.
