Smokey Corn Salsa with Sweet Chili Chicken INGREDIENTS 3 cans of corn 4 boneless skinless chicken breast 2 cans if black beans 1 red bell pepper chopped 1 red onion chopped 1 can of Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 3 limes 1 cup of olive oil 2 teaspoons of brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika 1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon of chipotle chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder 2 teaspoons of lime zest 1/2 bunch of cilantro chopped salt to taste pepper to taste 14 | Women’s Elevation Magazine Instructions Corn Salsa 1. Drain cans of corn rinse and place in bowl 2. Drain cans of black beans rinse and place in bowl 3. Place chopped red bell peppers in bowl 4. Place chopped red onions in bowl 5.
