Photography provided me with much needed escape while living in Beirut, Lebanon for several years. The aesthetic
signature of the region, its grizzly architecture and poverty, forced me to seek natural beauty and rare scraps of
undisturbed space to provide much needed rest for the eyes, as well as introduce simplicity and tranquility in everyday
life.
