To Create
my hooked thread paintings
I use a tiny 1 inch needle,
a single strand of thread and a magnifying glass to
create thousands of tightly packed loops of pile which
resemble a hand-hooked rug in miniature. These are
tiny fiber gems that draw the viewer in for a closer look.
The largest original measures only 5 x 7 inches.
