Change Your Relationship with
Food and with Your Body
How many times have you tried to lose weight or change your
health by going on a diet? How many times did it work long-term?
If you’re like the 99% of people that lose weight on a weight loss
diet and gain it back within the first 3 years, this message is for you.
Like so many women, you may have a negative image of your body,
or you may be struggling with food but don’t know what to do or
who to turn to for a solution that actually works. You’re told to eat
less, exercise more, eat this, don’t eat that, try this supplement, but
nothing seems to work. You keep going on the same rollercoaster
of restricting food and not being able to maintain it, that you end
up becoming despondent about your food choices and eventually
revert to old habits. Sound familiar?
Like you, I’ve been on many diets that brought me short term success combined
with long term disappointment. I saw every diet as the secret to happiness, to
contentment, to a better life, but no matter how much weight I lost, I was never good
enough. I thought my issues were with food, but the food challenges I went through
were indications of something deeper that life was beckoning me to uncover.
Only when I started to dig deeper and address all the areas of my life that were
causing me to turn to food for support, was I able to heal my relationship with food.
It seemed like an insurmountable task to overcome an eating disorder that I struggled
with for nearly a decade, but I did it and know that if you’re willing to change, to look
deeper than simply the mechanics of eating, you will overcome the issues you face
with food too.
Can you imagine what your life would look like if you didn’t constantly worry about
your appearance or what you should eat? Can you imagine a life where you didn’t
live under guilt and shame when you ate, or used food to find comfort in? Can you
imagine a life of freedom with eating and with your health?
With specific tools and strategies put in place, these things can become your reality.
You can change your relationship with food and your body that doesn’t consist of
restricting calories or extreme exercise. I can help you achieve the body and health
you’ve always wanted when we uncover the real issues that are holding you back from
experiencing freedom with food and with your body.
