I have always had a passion for accessories – I love to bring things together to
make a killer look. It was not a stretch to jump into the home décor business.
So when Budget Blinds offered me a job, I accepted.
When the franchisee in Leduc opened, I moved my family there to start this new adventure. I am a
true entrepreneur. I love to learn and grow myself and others around me. I have worked with some
of the best business coaches, peers and teams in the country.
My passion for renovation has never gone away. We always have a project on the go. Now
with rental properties we have several projects on the go. My partner and I did a few flooring
renovations and were shocked by the process. That’s when we looked long and hard to find a
company that speaks to our values – and we found Floor Coverings International.
We purchased our franchisee in September of 2015. We wanted to bring the in-home consultation
experience to our flooring customers. We have a studio in Sherwood Park that displays our
samples and is the hub of our operation. Our MOBILE showroom brings us to your door and has
over 3,500 samples. Still, we felt we could do more for our customers – so we did.
JE Design is our parent company offering many services. We bring a team of likeminded people
into your home to provide the very best in-home experience – paint selection, flooring, window
coverings, staging and much more.

houses to become homes. Through personal growth and continuous education we strive to craft
an exceptional experience. We do this by attracting likeminded individuals and staying current in
the latest trends and fashion in home décor.
Each day I want to learn from the people I work with – learn how to be better, more patient, and
more balanced. Most of all, each day I want to be happy. With our family business we have a lot of
love for what we do, and we bring that into each of our customer’s homes. We treat our customer’s
home as if it was our own.
