Looking at childhood photos has a magical way of reminding us of our best selves – the selves we used to be when running around was fun and we’d never heard of ‘exercise.’ We jumped, and stretched and swung from trees because it was fun, not because we were trying to lose a few pounds or lower our blood presure.
