The popular Montessori camp returns this year from June 10 – July 26 with the theme “A Summer of Expression and Exploration.” This summer camp blends an appreciation for the arts and the world around us with the joys of physical exploration and hands-on projects. The program enriches the lives of campers through guided art and craft creation, real life skills in woodworking, gardening and meal preparation. Children gain an understanding of nature and connect- edness to the earth through explora- tion of two beautiful green play spaces throughout the day. This camp is for boys and girls ages 4 through those entering first grade. For girls entering 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th grades, Nardin will host an Experience Nardin Summer Camp from July 8 – July 19 with morning sessions that will include photography, creative writing, theatre, art, and real-life math, science, and technology. From creat- ing in Nardin’s beautiful and spacious art studio to expanding culinary skills and discovering how math and sci- ence relate to cooking and baking, girls will be empowered to explore their passions. Each week will culminate in an optional “Fun Friday” where camp- ers build camaraderie and make new friends. Past Fun Fridays include trips to Darien Lake and Cave of the Winds in Niagara Falls State Park. In addition to these camps, there are 10+ camp options offered for boys and girls, age 4 – Grade 12. Athletic camps include a Girls Basketball Camp, Middle School and High School Squash Camps, and an NFL Flag Football Camp.
