Safety Fair : Touch-a-Truck The New York Power Authority ( NYPA ) will hold a FREE family safety fair and touch-a-truck at the Niagara Power Vista , 10am-4pm . The event will feature a variety of exhibitors as well as Touch-a-Truck displays including many NYPA vehicles used to perform daily tasks at the Niagara Power Project . Children up to age 16 are encouraged to enter the “ Build Up to Safety ” contest by submitting a project – photo collage , poster , or sculpture related to the 2017 theme : “ Outdoor Safety .” The first 300 children will receive a free safety bike light .
