It’s April and because Easter falls on April 21st this year, bunnies are everywhere!
Here are a few of the many crafts that turn out absolutely adorable bunnies for each
place at your Easter table, or to simply giveaway to friends and family or an entire
classrooms of kids!
BUNNY TREAT ENVELOPES
This idea comes from Martha Stewart as a treat
to leave for the Easter Bunny himself. But, we
happen to think that he already has plenty of
candy and wouldn’t mind if you made them as
party favors. All you need are envelopes (pink
or white), pink construction paper, glue, colored
pencils, pom-poms, and, if you’re not artistic,
the bunny ear template provided on the site.
We’d recommend using white cardstock for
the ears, so that they are less likely to “flop.”

BUNNY BOXES… OR BAGS?
Michele over at “Scrappin’ with My Bug,” created these
boxes to hold drink boxes for a party. Her blog did
not explain how she made the boxes, but we think you
could obtain a similar effect using paper lunch bags to
hold drink boxes, or other treats for your young guests.

LOLLIPOP BUNNIES
These bunnies are so creative! Debbie at One Little
Project put them together using Tootsie Pops for the
bodies, small Styrofoam balls for the heads, pom-poms,
small googly eyes, white pipe cleaners, ribbon, and
white sparkly craft foam for the feet. You can use a meat
thermometer or knitting needle to poke the hole through
the Styrofoam ball so that it can be slipped over the
Tootsie Pop stick. She provides an excellent tutorial at:

MAKE IT WITH PLASTIC SPOONS!
We never stop being amazed at the creativity out there
on the Internet. This simple, inexpensive craft is made
with plastic spoons, Q-tips, cotton rounds (as in makeup
removers), Sharpie markers, whatever colorful papers
and ribbons you may have around the house, and a bit of
glue. Check it out at:

Elmwood Ave., Buffalo. Laps for Limbs

run/roll event creates community advo-
cacy for amputees, in a family-friendly

promote improved quality of life. Since
2012, the WNY event has donated
over $70K to local amputees. In ad-
