“I think he would have been riding the first one and passing out candy to the children just like he always did.” “It’s hard to beat the terrain around here for riding a motorcycle. You can ride up to Red Lodge or Bear Tooth Pass, or go up Sunlight Basin, and it’s spectacular in any direction — whether you’re on a horse or a Harley!” Dan says. “If people come here for just a couple of days, they’ve missed Cody! We just have so much to do here— wild horses, river rafting, Hidden Treasure, Big Horn Canyon, Old Trail Town…” To add to that list, there’s the Plains Indian Museum, the Dug-Up Gun Museum, Buffalo Bill Dam, nature and wildlife tours, photography tours and bus tours around town. Just up the road toward Powell, the Heart Mountain Interpretive Center and Homesteader Museum are must-sees. Dan is often asked how he can do 130 shows every summer — June through September. His reply is, “I am one of those guys that is so blessed! I’ve just never had a job — I love what I do.” And with that, Dan is making an exciting location change in 2016; he is celebrating his twelfth season in the new dining pavilion at the world-class Buffalo Bill Center of the West. This beautiful facility is five museums under one roof – it must be experienced to be believed! Combine that with Dan Miller’s Cowboy Music Revue dinner show and it’s a win-win situation. “Dan Miller’s show is a perfect fit for us,” says Bruce Sauers, the Center’s Director of Revenue. “Dan is as committed to an authentic western experience as we are. Having his Music Revue join us here at the Center is yet another way we achieve our mission to ‘inspire, educate, and engage global audiences through an authentic experience with the American West.’” W L M Tickets and info can be obtained at 307.578.7909 or go to Buffalo Bill Center of the West’s website, centerofthewest.org, click on ‘Visit,’ and purchase tickets online.
