WLD Facilitator Check-List

1 . If you are working with a co-facilitator , meet with your partner in advance to plan the workshop and decide on an agenda .
2 . Arrive in the location of your workshop at least 30 minutes before you are scheduled to begin to make sure that the room is set up as you wish . If equipment or materials are missing , call the Scheduling Office at 413-545-0271 . 3 . WLD will email facilitators their workshop roster ahead of time . 4 . Photocopies and writing utensils are the responsibility of the facilitator .

1 . Print the roster and bring it to the workshop for the participants to sign . In general , people can still attend the workshop even if they did not register online . They need to print their name , department name , and email address on the roster .
2 . Let the participants at the workshop know that they will receive an electronic evaluation right after the workshop . If some participants don ’ t have an access to a computer , a paper evaluation may be requested from WL & D . ( Please let us know after the workshop if paper evaluations are needed .)

1 . Return the attendance roster to WLD as soon as possible via email ( wld @ admin . umass . edu ), fax ( 413-545-5426 ) or mail to WLD ( 303 Goodell ).
2 . Expect a compilation of the evaluations to be emailed to you 2-3 weeks after your workshop . WLD will contact you thereafter to gain your reflections on the workshop , go over comments and suggestions from the evaluations , and any thoughts for future offerings of your workshop .
3 . Make sure the workshop space is left as you found it ( e . g ., newsprint is taken down from the walls , any trash is picked up , etc .).
