JOHNSON FOUNDATION
LADIES LUNCH
The Johnson Foundation hosted their very first
fundraising event at the Riverhill Hotel in Oxton.
The exclusive event was arranged by the Foundation
to raise funds for Hoylake Cottage Hospital’s
Dementia Village appeal. Guests enjoyed a 3 course
lunch, fabulous raffle and a wine tasting experience.
The Johnson Foundation will be working with the
Cottage Hospital over the coming year to help make
their dream a reality. The Dementia Village when it is
open will be the only one in the UK and will be open
to anyone caring for a loved one with dementia.
This was the first fundraiser for the foundation. A
representative said: “This was the perfect event to
launch our campaign, thank you to everyone that
came and supported us, we sold out within a day,
which shows the enormous support for this cause, we
had over 60 lovely, generous ladies there who made it
a huge success and between us we raised over £1600
which we are truly grateful for. We are excited to be
working with the Cottage and have some exciting
events planned for next year!”
