Joy for promoted Tranmere Rovers

Wirral Chamber Patrons Tranmere Rovers have achieved promotion back into the English Football League (EFL) with a 2-1 Promotion Final victory over Boreham Wood at Wembley Stadium. After three seasons in the National League, Rovers will make their return for the 2018-19 season following a brilliant performance saw them over the line at the national stadium.

Tranmere Rovers is firmly at the heart of the local community. It is Wirral’s only professional club and promotion back into the EFL has had a positive impact on the local population and beyond, with messages coming in from all over the world to congratulate the Club on the return to League football.

Summer starts with new Blue Air flights to Majorca and Malaga from LJLA

Blue Air’s newest flights from Liverpool to Malaga and Majorca take off for the first time next week. These two routes were announced late last year as part of the airline’s 2017 network expansion program which ended the year with 34 new route announcements.
