Garden (Dothan, AL) The Dothan Area Botanical
Gardens' 14th annual Scarecrows in the Gardens,
This year's theme is "Historical Events or People".
Stroll through the park and see the imaginations of
different organizations and friends of the gardens
as their Crow talents are put on display.
October 5, Foster Dest (Dothan) Foster Street,
Dothan. Downtown Dothan's Foster Fest is held the
third Friday in May through October each year. This
is a free downtown evening celebration with street
vendors, live music, antique cars and much more.
The 100 blocks of North and South Foster Street
will be closed to through traffic so citizens can lei-
surely stroll and enjoy the shops, vendor booths,
festivities, music, food and refreshments. For more

October 6, A Walk to Remember Dothan, The
2018 Alzheimer’s Resource Center’s “A Walk to
Remember” will be held Saturday, Oct. 6, at 7:30
a.m. The primary fund-raiser for the ARC, this walk
is not part of the national walk. All funds raised stay
local. The walk will help to raise awareness of the
devastation of Alzheimer’s disease and provides
financial support for educational and support ser-
vices for families, caregivers and victims of
Alzheimer’s disease. To pre-register, or for more

(Dothan, AL) One of the largest car shows in the
Wiregrass. Approximately 200 cars on display rang-

Family Friendly Festival. On the Square in Down-
town Historic Ozark -- Arts and crafts, wonderful
