Ethel and Earl
Last year about this time, Ethel and
Earl had not been getting along to
well. So Earl went and bought Ethel a
cemetery plot for her birthday. Well,
you can imagine her disappointment.
But this year, her birthday rolled
around again and this time Earl didn't
get her anything at all.
Upset by this, Ethel angrily asked,
"Why didn't you get me a birthday
present!?"
"Are you kidding me?"
Earl replied,
"You didn't even use what
I got you last year!"
