Connect with moms going through the journey of motherhood
and bond with your child(ren) all while getting a 60-minute total
body workout! A Stroller Strides class consists of cardio, strength
training and core work all while entertaining the little ones with
songs, activities and fun! Stroller Strides is suitable for prenatal and
postnatal women of all exercise levels. Newly postpartum moms
must be cleared by a doctor to exercise at 6-week appointment. Not
sure if you will like the class? No problem, first class is FREE! **
$10 equipment fee paid to instructor on 1st day of class.

Little Rascals Mommy/Daddy and Me Pottery Painting
If your little one likes laughter, games and fun then they will
LOVE the Little Rascals program. This class will help develop
socialization, cooperation and play skills. Watch your child’s self-
esteem, confidence and creativity blossom through singing, art,
stories, imagination and active games. All Little Rascals must be
potty trained. No “Pull-Ups” or diapers allowed. Parents are asked
to volunteer regularly throughout the school year. In this class we’ll read a fun, colorful children’s story and
afterwards we’ll paint pottery related to the story! Pottery paint is
water-based - so no mess! We’ll finish with a snack and your pottery
will be ready to pick up in 1 week!

This pre-kindergarten class is designed to assist in your
preschooler’s foundation for school readiness. Children will make
“friends” with letters, shapes, colors, numbers and their classmates
through playful and creative activities that focus on listening, logic
and other cognitive and social skills. This class is a great addition to
the 4-5 year old Little Rascals class. Students MUST be entering
kindergarten in 2020. Parents are asked to volunteer regularly
throughout the school year.
