Kristen Ranuio
Get Fit and Stay Fit Instructor
For the last thirty years Napa based certified personal trainer Kristin Ranuio
has been helping thousands of people to reach their fitness and weight loss
goals. She spent seventeen years as a dancer when she was a child and in her
teens, and carried over that knowledge of movement and biomechanics in to
her personal training and consulting practice.
She has received multiple certifications, and taught classes in nutrition, body
sculpting, weight training, boot camps, cardio kickboxing, water aerobics, Hot
Mamas (for new moms), power yoga, ab labs, body fat reduction techniques,
and more.
Meet The Instructors
Wanting women to feel comfortable in weight rooms, she led interactive
seminars on weight training for women, and has been a key note speaker at a
variety of functions and events.
Kristin wrote a weekly column for five years called Healthy Living for the
Napa Valley Register, and continues to publish articles and columns on fitness,
lifestyle, and healthy cooking for various publications.
Kristin teaches Get Fit and Stay Fit with Kristin Ranuio, a combination of
strength, cardio, flexibility and balance, and strongly believes the key to sticking
to any exercise program is having a good time doing it.
Kelly Van Winden
Co-Founder and Instructor of Evolve Volleyball Club
The Evolve Prep program presents the game to younger players while the
camps and clinics provide age and skill appropriate sessions. Recently she
added beach volleyball to the mix and provides sessions in the summertime to
players that want to grow their overall skills.

Kelly Van Winden is the Co-Founder of Evolve Volleyball Club and has been
growing volleyball in our community for the past 30 years. In addition to
coaching collegiately, she began the Napa Valley VB club in 1989. The club
program grew and has branched into a multitude of opportunities for young
players to learn the game.
