Essentrics Aging Backwards
You can’t help getting older but you don’t have to get old! Come
and discover the great feelings of mobility, balance and strength
gained through regularly doing Essentrics Aging Backwards. This
is an exercise program designed to utilize your entire body in every
direction that it is designed to move! You will gain mobility in stiff
joints through rebalancing all the musculature around every joint,
find better balance through working barefoot to wake up your feet
and feel stronger through elongated movements using only your
own body weight. The class is designed to be only as challenging
as your body is ready for; enabling anyone of any fitness level to
participate. Come and see for yourself this great slower version of
Essentrics with Julie.

This beginner course is designed for persons who would like to
begin learning and practicing traditional Tai Chi. Emphasis is on
relaxation and muscle/joint range of motion while standing and

Introducing the Fit Body Forever special small group personal
training program. A 21-day fitness program designed for adults
50+ and baby boomers who want greater health, better physical
function and to stay fit for the long haul. Program includes: Three
times a week 30 minute personal training, goal setting, weekly
