Get Golf Ready 1 Napa Junior Golf League
This class is a five lesson weekly series
that teaches adults the beginning basics
to learning the game of golf. This class
is open to men and women 18 and older. Students do not need
to own or bring golf equipment although are encouraged to do
so if they do have access to clubs. Students will learn the basics
of putting, chipping, pitching, full swing, facility logistics, golf
etiquette, equipment options, and how golf scoring works. David
promotes the ‘It’s Okay’ rules for students to learn golf in a stress-
free way. The Napa Junior Golf League is a month-long commitment for
participants, which allows junior golfers to compete in five Sunday
afternoon league matches in a comfortable 2-person scramble
format. Additionally, league participants learn directly from PGA
Director of Instruction David Knox twice weekly on Tuesday
and Thursday afternoons in one-hour practices. Golf equipment
not required but encouraged if the junior player has clubs. This
league is available to juniors ages 7 - 15. This Winter Junior Golf
League has room for up to 36 participating junior golfers. Call
