Childbirth Rebozo Cardio Tennis
Did you know stress can stall labor? We will show you how the
rebozo can help. The rebozo is a multifunction tool made especially
for mom, and can be used by partners or support persons during
labor to provide relaxation, aid in labor positions, and enhance the
special connection made during the birthing experience. The class
also covers anatomy and the stages of labor.
Location: Senior Center 1518 Downstairs Want to get a great workout in one hour? Cardio tennis is for you!
Set to the tune of music, this class is a high-energy, fast-moving
class designed to get your heart rate up while playing the great
sport of tennis! This class is open to all levels of player, from a
2.5 beginner to a 5.0 player with loads of skill. Due to the nature
of the drills, skill level discrepancy is no issue at all, and typically
makes for a better tennis atmosphere.

Breastfeeding and Beyond!
This class is for expectant mothers, as well as those simply curious
about breastfeeding but undecided. The focus of the class is to
learn about breastfeeding and all the milestones of an extended
breastfeeding journey. Topics discussed include: positioning
and latching, identifying cues of good milk supply and transfer,
components of a breastfeeding plan, identifying growth spurts,
breastfeeding strike, breastfeeding the teething baby, protecting
the breastfeeding relationship when mother works, tandem
breastfeeding, breastfeeding a crawling baby, and how to gently
wean baby from breastfeeding.

experience depression as well? This class is a great resource for
individuals and couples that want to plan ahead for the stressors
of parenthood or those that have battled with postpartum mood
changes. In this class we will discuss: Relationship dynamics and
new roles; warning signs and symptoms of various mood changes;
self-care plans and how to find the fun again; wow to reach out for
help; and support and resources.

The BMX Racing League is not just for the kids anymore! Now
