The Lose-2-Win Challenge is a step-by-step , 42-day weight loss program for men & women that fits right into your busy schedule and includes : full club access 7 days a week ; all group fitness classes and amenities ; challenge orientation and individual movement assessment ; goal planning and workout plan ; a clean meal plan ; fat-burning & muscle building workouts ; accountability and support from L2W coaches , trainers and members ; measurements and weekly weigh-ins ; small group training 2x per week ; and bonus weekly team-bonding workouts on Saturdays . We will conclude our challenge with a celebratory 5k run / walk on March 24th , where we will also announce our 1st , 2nd & 3rd place winners / prizes of the Lose-2-Win Challenge .
