Bring the kids and drop them off
while you enjoy an evening to
yourselves. Enjoy a date night, entertain, catch the newest
blockbuster, or use this time to take care of that shopping
list. Parks and Recreation will provide a structured, fun
evening of activities for children at the Gypsy Hill Park
Gymnasium. Ages 5+ GHPG 6–10pm, January 23.

Childhood Nutrition: Building a
Healthy Foundation for Life
An evening you won’t want to miss! Dr. Andrew Dodge,
chiropractic neurologist, will talk about building a strong
foundation for your children: when/how to start solids,
food allergies, supplements, and how to help your picky
eaters! And we promise this won’t be an evening of
studying a food pyramid! Parents will take a “Which Foods
When” brochure home with them. Lap babies welcome!

Babywearing Basics
Join us as we cover the benefits of babywearing,
babywearing safety, and types of carriers. We’ll also
have our full library of more than 30 carriers available
for you to try on toward the end of class! We’ll be talking
about how to wear your baby, so absolutely bring your
baby with you! This is a beginner class for parents (or
expectant parents) who want to know what babywearing
is all about, and for those who feel overwhelmed by the
choices that they have in baby carriers! Instructor: Nicole

Babywearing Workout Group
Are you a baby/toddler wearing Mom or Dad and want
to meet some like-minded folks? Come to this interest
meeting to chat and determine a time that works best for
everyone to convene in our park and exercise together.
