stry rti A Interior Design…Where to Begin? This introduction to interior design will help you get over that hurdle of “where to begin?” Learn interior design basics and start planning this winter. Bring photos and together we will work on resolving and overcoming any of your design fears from paint selection to tackling a large design project. Dressmaking Workshop 1991 hrowback T The basics and fundamentals of dressmaking will be demonstrated by the instructor. Participants will follow along at their own workstation and bring sewing machine, pattern and fabric they are interested in making a dress out of. This class will review the basics of operating the machine, laying out patterns, and cutting fabric. Depending on time we may begin sewing the garment on the first day. During the week between classes participants will work on their dresses at home. The second class will be devoted to helping participants complete their project. Pressed Petal Designs Learn how to press botanicals from your garden and create colorful designs using these pressed petals. Create symmetrical art resembling kaleidoscope designs, mandalas and quilt squares. Your original designs will be framed. Unleash your creative side using affordable materials found in your backyard!
