Landon
Bliven
Landon was diagnosed with Very High Risk Acute
Lymphoblastic Leukemia on 1/17/18. He is currently in
remission while remaining on a 3.5 year treatment plan.
Since the day Landon got diagnosed, we could have
never realized how our lives would be forever changed
or the impact childhood cancer would have effected
us. Before Landon’s diagnosis, I was never aware of the
meaning or importance behind this yellow ribbon or
what September meant to fighting families. September is
a month where we celebrate the fighters, the survivors,
and the angels, we celebrate the families who have over
come and battled until they won, we unite and fight
together, and bring awareness to childhood cancer so
these children do not have to fight alone. Landon is
a fighter, he’s an inspiration to us, he brings us hope
everyday, and we continue to pray that he thrives
through out his cancer journey.
