attention to those tasks that are work related, or for friends or family that are expected of you, along with the basics that support your own to-do list in order to uphold your sanity. Running to the office supply store to get flyers made for an upcoming event relieves you from office work, but now you will be battling traffic, and are faced with a back up of printing orders ahead of you, which ultimately sets your available time back considerably. Once you’re stuck at a location waiting upon the completion of your order, ask yourself if you are using the slot of time to accomplish anything else? If you don’t have to be on hand to supervise the order you have put in, then by all means, fill up the available time with anything else you can scratch off your list. accomplish what you can, and move on. Focus your efforts on the allotted timeframe without allowing yourself to stray from cleaning the weeds out. If you are struggling to stay on task, then when the time is up, move on to organizing the garage and setting aside articles to donate. Again, set a timer and do not allow yourself to deviate from freeing yourself from items that energetically weigh you down. If you do find that you have the ability to continue sorting through the garage, then by all means, reset the timer and continue chipping away. Make sure you keep track of your list of to-do items, and scratch them off the list as they are completed. You will ultimately experience a sense of accomplishment and the heaviness of stress is relieved with each finalized task. Clearing your plate of things you have to do, while improving upon your time management, gifts you time to further utilize in a way that will enhance the life you desire. Look at the goals you have, and focus in on completing high priority tasks in a more timely manner. Harmonizing between the tasks of work and personal life paves the way for stress-reduced circumstances. The more control you have over your time management, the more time you create to spend on yourself and the things which matter. With the ever-changing technology and humans’ desire to save time, in order to create more time for yourself, keep up on time savers that aim to keep you moving. Several food and merchandise locations are offering to gather the items you need, and even deliver them straight to your trunk, so time is spared finding what you need, lugging them up to the scanner, and toting them back to your vehicle. Once you have used technology to your advantage, the next feat to tackle includes prioritizing household, self, and work burdens, which all show up on the radar along with anything else you’d like to set aside time to do. Sort them out in an order that includes the “what has to be done” versus “desired things to do.” When you get home from work you know you have groceries to put away, but consider starting the pressure cooker or the oven while you’re food prepping, as this helps get a jump on dinner. If cleaning the house is not a priority to fulfill by a certain time, let it drop to the bottom of the list, and engage in ensuring the laundry is washed and available to wear as needed.
