Hope serves the needs of those who
are currently homeless in our area,
offering a hand up, not just a hand out.
Anyone who is currently homeless
and has some connection to West
Orange County is welcome to join
in Tuesday Ministries Services at the
Outreach Center and also explore the
many other benefits offered by this
great organization. And each guest,
in their own unique and special
way, departs at the end of Tuesday
Ministries Services better for having
been present, and better prepared to
“hide in plain sight” in our shared
community.
Currently, Matthew's Hope is spread
out in several different areas. The
administrative offices and food
pantry are located in two converted
homes on Woodland Street, the
Outreach Services and Preschool
are on Ninth Street, and the Hope
Chest Workshop is off Carter Road.
But with their new building scheduled
to open this month, they will able to
do everything more efficiently and
with a bit more elbow room. Targeted
to open August 25th, the new facility
will combine their Administrative
Offices, Nurses & Social Workers
