OLA has emerged to a huge success from the inception due to its clear and customer enriching Motto , the success was so huge that by April 2014 they have touched the mark of 40,000 cabs across 65 cities in India and they have touched around 40,000 autos in 22 cities through which they have started providing reliable service to the customer from a cost starting at just Rs . 10 \ - per km . Another reason for their huge success in short time is the way they chose their drivers in order to ensure quality is more important than quantity and ensure that the customer shall not experience the bitter experience which was once experienced by the founder himself .

Take that Chance : All of us have an entrepreneur in us . Few take the leap , doubting whether they will make it . But you ’ ll never know unless you take the big step . There will be situations where your actions will have different outputs . Still , believe in what you do .
Solve Real Problems : Focus on solving real problems and not on making money . There will be enough takers for your solutions . You will help make lives of some people better and money will follow .
Settle for the Best : Don ’ t take short-cuts while building your company — keep trying for the best . A few years ago , when we launched a mobile app for hiring Olacabs , we were ahead of time . People laughed at us , but soon our competitors did the same when they saw the response we got .
so on . Every morning , my day begins with a reflection on the metrics of the previous day . I have a meeting with the core team of each department and chart out the week . Being a start-up , everything is very real time and this is a big difference when compared to a corporate . There is no fixed schedule because every department , every week has a new challenge ! It ’ s how you juggle all the tasks and somehow manage to do it within the 24 hours .
