via Twyford Heritage, which was set up in 2009 to
work with Twyford Parish Council on preserving
Berry Meadow, the ancient 17-acre water meadow
in the Twyford Itchen Valley. Twyford Heritage now
works with other Charities and fundraising groups
(such as the Graze Festival) on projects based in and
around Twyford. With £10,000 distributed last year to
groups and initiatives at the heart of the community,
including Twyford St Mary PTA, Colden Common
Scouts (9th Winchester) and Twyford Brownies,
Graze is aiming to raise £30K this year.
When?
August 28, a standard adult ticket costs £25, children
under 12 are free, 13-18 years/students (ID required)
£15, parking for one vehicle £5.

Where?
Graze Festival takes place at Hazeley Fields, Twyford.
The site is close to the Hazeley Road business park,
next to Humphrey’s Farm. Headline sponsor is
Charters Estate Agents.
Appearing on stage
Oliver Gray, who lives in the village and organises music
events at The Railway Inn in the city centre, has tapped
into his extensive black book of artists. The Charters
stage will host a fabulous lineup of artists including:
infectious ska and reggae beats from The Beat; singer,
author and actress Toyah Willcox; Polly & The Billets
Doux; DJ Super Kat and Southampton Ukulele Jam.
