Winchester Basics Bank can also provide individuals and families with emergency food parcels of enough tinned and dried food for five days. It operates via a voucher scheme with a number of local partner agencies. The college is now offering free tours on the first Saturday of each month, starting from the Porter’s Lodge on College Street at 10.15am. Over the Christmas period that could include accompanied Christmas shopping, cooking, and respite care when family members are away.
