I mostly work when they are asleep or with their father (we are separated.) As my businesses run along with my integrity, I don't feel it's something I need to separate from my children. They understand and most of the time they are a part of it. They love MANA and they understand how important nutrition is to people's power. They really get it, so when I need to do something, they are backing me.

A mama who has 6 billion children, that's me.
A typical day in the life of Chrissie looks like...
With my children: long slow morning at home, smoothies, brekkie, making beds, cleaning up, then we'll head out into the world and visit friends or the beach or park. Baths, dinner and spontaneous, hilarious creative story-telling before bed. Then I work a few hours before heading to bed myself.
I guess what we do doesn't sound so exciting. But it's in HOW we do it.
What do you love the most about being a mompreneur?
Inspiring my children that they can do whatever they want and nothing should stop them. Inspiring them to assist the planetary changes at hand.
Mana Blend is only one of the creative projects you’ve got going on. As artist, performer, healer, CEO, entrepreneur and mother you are all things to many people. So how does Chrissie give to herself? How does she fill her cup? What does she do for pure joy?
Kissing a lovely man would definitely be my first choice! After all of the above is covered, the most important thing is love and cuddles.
When I am a single woman, I dance for pure joy. I dance myself into the ground until sweat runs down my entire being and I am collapsed into the beauty of exhaustion in celebration.
