Avocado and Cacao Chia pudding.

This is a great way to load up on magnesium and essential fatty acids and give your energy levels a boost without stimulating the system too much. A great snack to have whilst nursing and satisfies the sweet tooth without being loaded up with harmful sugars.


1. 1 cup coconut cream

2. 3 tablespoons organic raw honey (depending on how sweet you want it)

3. 1/2 ripe avocado, pitted

4. 1 very ripe banana

5. 2 tablespoons chia seeds

6. 4 tablespoons water

7. 1/4 cup raw cacao powder

8. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)

9. 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt


1. In a bowl, Hydrate the chia seeds by adding water and whisk it together to combine for about 20 mins.

2. Add coconut cream, avocado and banana into blender and blend until the mixture has a smooth consistency.

3. Add remaining ingredients (including hydrated chia seeds) to the blender and run until the pudding is a smooth texture.

4. Pour pudding into individual containers (as much as you want). Cover and chill for at least 4 hours. Keep in fridge for up to 4 days.
