Meditation. The quickest way to healing the body is letting go of the stress in the mind. Meditation is my saviour time and time again. See below for access to meditations I specifically created to assist in womb healing.

Soaking or sitz bathing. It is so important to nourish the fascia and internal tissues so they regain integrity fast and the best way to do this is by soaking them. In a bath or large bucket (to fit your pelvis and hips inside) add some dried herbs with some warm water and soak for as long as you can. My favourite combo was;

· 2 tablespoons comfrey leaf

· 2 tablespoons St. John's wort flower

· 4 tablespoons calendula flower

· 2 tablespoons of lavender flower
