Dan Mosier II is our Volunteer in the Spotlight for this month. Dan has been a dedicated volunteer in K-State Research and Extension, Wildcat District - both serving as a governing board member and Shooting Sports Project Leader.

Within Wildcat District, Dan currently serves as Past Chair on the Executive Committee and as Shooting Sports Liaison.

Within the 4-H Youth Development Program, he has postively impacted 4-H youth not only in Crawford County, but all across the Wildcat District. Dan has been actively involved in the 4-H Shooting Sports projects at the county, district, and state levels. He has served as a Shooting Sports Project leader for over 11 years. Specifically, he has been actively involved in a variety of disciplines such as Air Rifle, Archery, Hunting Skills, Small Bore Rifle, Sport-fishing, and many more. Dan has served on state advisory committees in an effort to enhance the Shooting Sports programs across the state. He has helped to ensure youth are receiving quality programs and instruction from volunteers across the state by assisting with instructor trainings. Dan is currently serving as the Wildcat Districts Shooting Sports Liaison.
