Ingredients

3 cups broccoli florets

½ cup red onion, chopped

¼ cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

3/4 cup (170g) plain Greek yogurt

1-2 Tbsp (21-42g) honey

1 tbsp (15ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

1.Combine Greek yogurt, honey and lemon juice in a small bowl.

2.Add broccoli, red onion, seeds and feta cheese to a large bowl.

3.Toss with yogurt sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
