The three friends made it to Thunder Bay by the end of their first day. They admit it took them until Sault Ste. Marie to properly and efficiently drive the huge vehicle, which they had zero previous experience doing so.

They enjoyed a classic Wal-Mart parking lot “party” the first night. They got up and drove to Kenora where they enjoyed swimming on a nice beach. By the second night, they were in Regina and spending it with friends. They made Edmonton by the third day and after dropping off Stewart’s stuff and sleeping there, they were ready to continue their road trip.

“It just blew up into a cross-Canada trip and we winged it the whole way,” Andrighetti said. “It was a once-in-a-life-time experience for all of us. I learned a lot about myself, good friends and our country. We all had this sense for adventure, and love for travel. The three of us were able to make memories we can share for years to come. This trip strengthened the bond between Amy, Shannon and I a lot. I think that connection will have a lasting impact over the years as our friendship grows because we can continue to tell the stories and memories of our trip for years to come. Hopefully, we can do the trip again when we are older.”

The women spent the next two days and nights in Jasper National Park, seeing sights and enjoying the company of more companions. They let loose during this time.
