SWEET & SIMPLE COOKIES

Get your cookie fix in without all the sugar. Add a sprinkle (2 Tbsp.) of nuts, fruit or dark chocolate chips if desired.

2 overripe bananas

1/2 cup nut butter of choice

1 cup quick oats

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

2 Tbsp chocolate chips (optional, recommended)

Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 350F. Mash bananas and nut butter in a

small bowl until a smooth paste forms. Combine

remaining ingredients. Using a 1 oz scoop or spoon, drop golf ball-sized

balls of dough onto a parchment paper lined sheet. Bake

for 10-12 mins. Yields 18-20 cookies. Enjoy within 2 days or refrigerate up to 5 days.

STUFFED DATES

Dates are naturally very sweet and therefore delicious! Your sweet tooth will be satisfied with a healthy dose of fiber and antioxidants.

2 Medjool dates, pit removed

1 Tbsp. nut butter, divided

Slice open dates and stuff with nut butter. Enjoy as a healthy dessert or snack (they’re great pre-workout!).
