Healthy fall food fill-ups

Though summer is always great after a long Canadian winter and short-lived spring, there’s just something about the fall. Maybe it’s the north Ontarian in me, but it seems like all good things come back, like flannels, wool socks, soup, and the hockey season of course. With the sun setting a little sooner, it seems like there’s a little more time to spend in the kitchen. This said, here are a few healthy and tasty recipes to get back on track - you know, in case you had one too many cocktails this summer.
