2017 RECAP
The Rafters shattered records in the 2017 season. With a 52-20 record, the Rafters break the Northwoods League record for most wins in a season. The Rafters won the 1st Half with the best team record in half of a season (27-9) to move them to their third straight year qualifying for the NWL playoffs. After the 1st half, six players were featured in the NWL All Star Team and three in the home run derby. The Rafters won the NWL South Division Title for the fourth straight year in a row, the first team to accomplish this in NWL history. After regular season, Craig Noto was awarded Field Manager of the Year and Coach John Halama was Coach of the Year for the second consecutive year. Six Rafters were recognized Post Season All Stars.
