Phil Hands is the editorial cartoonist for the Wisconsin State Journal. His cartoons have appeared in USA
Today, Newsweek, Time and the Washington Post and are syndicated nationally by Tribune Content Agen-
cy. Phil has won a number of state and national awards and was the 2012 recipient of the Sigma Delta Chi
award for editorial cartooning. In his spare time he enjoys drinking coffee, eating cheese and being cold.
