Dark Chocolate
+ Raspberry Fondue
The rich sweetness of fresh raspberries combines with
dark chocolate for a truly decadent dessert, with just five
ingredients.
Makes: 840ml
Time: 8 minutes
Difficulty: Easy
INGREDIENTS
345 g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
1 cup light milk
1/2 cup light cream
3 tablespoons icing sugar
1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen

DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order
listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10,
then to High.
4. Blend for 4 minutes, or until steam escapes through lid.
5. Pour into fondue pot or your slow cooker (whichever you
decided to keep!*).
6. Serve immediately with fresh fruit, small chunks of ice-cream
or sliced up doughnuts for a delicious treat.

Tip: Add 2 tablespoons of seedless raspberry preserves to intensify
flavour.
This recipe has been written for the C-Series machines with Variable Speed control and Standard
2.0-litre container. If you are using a different Vitamix machine or container size, you may need to
make adjustments to the Variable Speed, processing time, and/or ingredient quantities.
