with its intimate 100 seat cinema, live music,
comedy, theatre, film, exhibitions and talks

Gloucester Docks with its waterside museums,

shopping is just a 10 minute drive from your new
home too.
If sport is your thing the Kingsholm Stadium,
home of Gloucester Rugby Club of the Aviva
Premiership is just over a mile away, and in
the heart of the city you’ll find GL1 leisure
centre. Here you can work-out in the large well
equipped gym, go for a swim in one of their
four swimming pools before taking advantage
of the spa facilities on offer.
For the younger members of the family,
the local area offers a wide range of good
schools including St Peter’s Catholic Primary,
Kings School, Hatherley Infant School, and
Longlevens Infant and Junior School. For the
older children there is a selection of senior
