“I was born in 1972 in Moscow, where I still live and work. I have been fond of
drawing since childhood. I have no special art education, but it does not prevent
me from sincerely loving watercolor. As one great artist said, if oil painting is
riding on Rolls-Royce, then watercolor painting is like riding a Ferrari.
Watercolor is beautiful in its uniqueness and ease, despite the complexity of
technical techniques. I write for my own pleasure. I like to travel and many
subjects for my work I draw from my trips. Many of my works have scattered
around the world and are in private collections in England, America, Australia
and Europe.”
