My advice to someone who is newly injured is don't give up. Just because we are disabled doesn't mean we can't live a great life too. Sometimes you just have to figure our a different route to land you in the same destination that may take others less effort to do. It's not about what you have to do more of, but more so the steps you need to customize so it works for you. I always say, all we can do is just play the cards we have dealt in life to the best of our abilities.
