Living Healthy with SCI:
Winter/Spring Series 2019
The Arizona Spinal Cord Injury Association is very excited to announce the return of our educational class series, "Living Healthy with SCI": Winter Series 2019!
Living Healthy with SCI is a monthly educational series that is centered around helping individuals with SCI live a healthy and proactive life. We will be featuring various topics centered around the ideas of health, mentally and physically.
Each month, we will be featuring a topic lead by an expert in their field. In each class session, participants will be able to interact with the speaker, ask questions, and mingle with others. Be sure to stay tuned for the upcoming classes planned for the 2019 Winter/Spring Series! We hope you'll join us!
