Monthly Column

Hey everybody, happy November. Can you believe it’s almost the end of 2018 already? I hope you had a great Halloween and are ready for the holiday season! This time of year makes me want to try something different this month in my car column.

Usually I write about a certain topic such as the runflat tires or the importance of an oil change, but I’d like to bring to your attention something that almost every vehicle on the street suffers from... NEGLECT. Nearly 75% of the vehicles driven on our streets are not maintained properly. I completely understand that properly maintaining a vehicle feels like it costs a lot of money, but it can greatly reduce the chance of a major failure and the associated large expense of vehicle repairs. Just like with your body, if you neglect it, small little problems will develop which can then turn into big ones rather quickly.

In an effort to help you prevent a problem with your vehicle, I am going to offer each of you a free checkup, but I need to hear from you as soon as possible to organize this. As some of you know, I work at 3A Automotive & Diesel at 1539 W. Hatcher Rd. in Phoenix near 19th Ave. What I’d like to do is host an event, possibly a pizza party, on a Saturday afternoon if that works out best for everybody. I can have one of the technicians come in that day, test each of your vehicles fluid levels and condition since this

is usually where most neglect is present. Again this will cost you nothing but it will give you an idea of how thorough we at 3A are when it comes to vehicle maintenance and making sure that every one of our customers has a reliable vehicle that will give them thousands of trouble-free miles and not get them stuck somewhere.

This pizza party is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, December 8th from 11AM to 2 PM. You are welcome to bring friends and family and for showing up you will receive a discount coupon towards any repair work performed on your vehicle at 3A at a later date.

So please, when you get a chance, email me at [email protected]. I will respond within 24 hours. Feel free to ask me questions as well as give me suggestions for things that you would like me to talk about in future columns. Input is vital to move forward and keep things interesting.

I apologize for keeping this so short this month, but I haven’t had much time to put anything together. I do however look forward to hearing from you and promise that next month will be a little more informative and it should have some pictures with it. See you next time!
