The 2018 Inspire Awards Ceremony Overview

Last month, our Executive Director Shannon Carter had the privilege to honor individuals who have achieved their highest rehabilitation goals. Not only were these individuals honored, but so were their Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors and employers whose support led to their successful return to productive activity. It was a pleasure to hear their stories of determination and perseverance to overcome significant obstacles in order to reach their highest rehabilitation potential. Of course, these goals could not be reached without each and every Vocational Rehabilitation counselor. Counselors in the Vocational Rehab program work hard behind the scenes to insure that the rehabilitation process is running smoothly, the client and the teams are supported, and everyone remains focused on the client's core rehabilitation goals. Last but not least, it was an honor to recognize the employers and their patience and dedication to their employees going through rehabilitation.

It takes a team of motivated individuals to achieve all of these rehabilitation goals. Although it is not easy, the individuals awarded at the 2018 Inspire Awards have proved to us that anything is possible! Congratulations once again to the recipients of the Inspire Awards this year!
