9:15-9:25-- Welcome, Opening Remarks
9:30-10:30-- Yoga/Stretch Session
10:30-11:30-- Girl Talk (Led by Jill Sclease)
11:30-12:15-- Lunch
12:15-12:45-- Bingo
12:45-2:45-- Pamper Me Time (including massages, manicures, crafts)
2:45-3:45-- Healthy Smoothies for Glowing Skin w/ Marian Mitchell
3:45-4:00-- Wrap-up and Door Prizes
