Camp with a Ramp
August 2nd-5th, 2018
This summer, join the Neuro & Brain Community Foundation in Camp with a Ramp, a camp for those living with spinal cord injuries. This camp will take place at Whispering Hope Ranch, east of Payson, AZ. There will be activities ranging from fishing, kayaking, arts and crafts, archery, and much more!

Don’t Be A Victim- Self Defense for
Wheelchair Users

The City of Phoenix, the Arizona Spinal Cord Injury Association and Ability 360 Sports and Fitness Center present a special edition of this self-defense class! Instructor, Jui Chiu, will show users how to get out of a choke hold, the importance of being aware of your surroundings, and how to use your wheelchair as a self-defense mechanism in an attack. Class is exclusively for people who regularly use wheelchairs for mobility. This class will be the second of four sessions. We hope to see you there!
