My name is Karl Pearson. I am happily married with two children. My son attends ASU and my daughter will be attending U of A, so we will soon be a "house divided."
I grew up in Tempe, Arizona where I graduated from Marcos de Niza High School. I attended undergraduate and Law School at Arizona State University. I earned my law degree and passed the bar in 1992. I have enjoyed a wide variety of cases over the last 25 years, but the bulk of my experience is in the litigation of commercial matters and serious injury cases. As a small business owner, I am also familiar with the multitude of issues faced by such businesses.
I especially enjoy helping seriously injured individuals. It often feels like a "David v. Goliath" battle, and it is rewarding to help get my clients some measure of justice.
I am honored to serve on the Board of Directors for AZSCIA. It has given me a deeper insight into the issues faced by our members. It has also allowed me to meet wonderful people who have not allowed their injuries to define them.

Meet Karl Pearson...
In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities such as golf and hiking. I have played soccer my entire life and met my wife playing on a co-ed team. I also enjoy reading all sorts of novels, especially mysteries and historical fiction.
I look forward to serving on the Board in the coming years.
